Identify HR functional strategy.Develop, coordinate & execute OD activities including: Structuring Analysis, job descriptions, recruitment and selection, training & development, careers development & succession plans, performance management, and HR Development Projects to ensure effective, efficient, and continuous development of company employees, improve organizational performance & capabilities to meet expected company vision, strategies & objectives and promote company culture as well.- Supervising and participating in the implementation of the organization’s development management plans to achieve annual goals.- Supervising and participating in the talent management process, including providing support in identifying job competencies and determining appropriate evaluation methods.- Supervising the implementation of succession plans and determining the appropriate career development plan for the second line of managers.- Supervising the implementation of the employer branding strategy.- Provide support in meeting the needs of other departments.

- Doing Training Needs Analysis (TNA).- Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best outof their development.- Doing Trainings according to the (ADDIE) model.- Develop the performance management system.- Develop a succession plan using (9box’s) grids.- Participation in the summer training plan for colleges students

- Set a competency model.- Conducting interviews according to the competency-based interview.- Participant in all of succession planning process.- Participate in the implementation of training plans for employees as atrainer in the learning and development team.
