Responsibilities:1- Rig Operations Management:a) Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of workover rig operations, including well intervention, completions, and maintenance activities.b) Ensure compliance with workover programs, technical specifications, and safety protocols.c) Optimize operation parameters, techniques, and procedures to enhance efficiency and well productivity.2- Team Leadership:a) Lead a team of drilling crew members, ensuring their safety, performance, and adherence to Khalda policies and procedures.b) Provide clear direction, mentorship, and coaching to team members to promote professional growth and development.3- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):a) Lead a strong safety culture by enforcing HSE policies and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment using my technical knowledge gained by experience and HSE-certified courses (NEBOSH IGC & IOGC). b) Conduct regular safety meetings, and risk assessments, and participate in incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.c) Monitor environmental compliance and implement measures to minimize environmental impact during operations. 4- Technical Expertise:• Apply advanced knowledge, and techniques, to maintain wellbore stability, fluid systems, and completion methods to optimize well performance.5- Reporting and Documentation:a) Maintain accurate and detailed records of workover operations, equipment maintenance, and well performance.b) Generate timely reports and updates for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.6- Equipment and Resources Management:a) Coordinate equipment and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.b) Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.

I was responsible for conducting inspections on all sites and work areas in the field, to spot any non-conformities with ISO protocols and assist in taking corrective actions. succeeded in preparing Kalabsha field for the ISO inspection then, the field was certified for ISO 14001 & 45001 certificates
