• Reviewing all financial operations and auditing them financially in terms of attachments, accuracy of accounts, authenticity of signatures and receipts, to ensure their conformity with the approved financial policies of the company.• Reviewing the correctness of directing accounting entries, posting them in the books, preparing AdjustmentS, and reviewing trial balances to issue financial reports.• Review all tax returns and submit them according to their periods on a regular basis.• Participating in preparing the final accounts and financial statements and preparing all the data required for that.• Coordinating the periodic and annual inventory of inventory and fixed assets, and preparing inventory Adjustment.• Reviewing and supervising the management of suppliers and contractors in terms of approving monthly extracts and issuing checks Bank transfers, follow-up of suppliers' accounts, preparation of monthly reconciliations, and follow-up of book balances.• Auditing the management of banks in terms of managing accounts, liquidity and financing positions, due notes and account banks reconciliations.•Financial review of the payroll issued by the HR Department• Supervising the management of suppliers and contractors in terms of follow-up monthly extracts and responsible for the Payment of financial dues and the preparation of monthly matches and follow-up balances.• Auditing on the management of payment and cash treasury and all daily restrictions.• Prepare all requirements of banking and credit management tasks, such as following up on bank accounts, checks received, payments, notes of payment, presenting liquidity positions, preparing monthly settlements, following up the company’s revenues from deposits, investment funds, treasury bills, following up on loans and credit facilities, prepareing letters of credit and letters of guarantee.• Follow-up and audit of warehouse in terms of pricing, incoming and outgoing accounts, and preparing entries.
