  Performs ESP Installation Shroud and do Pull-Out with the same. Daily monitoring of ESP wells and well start-up. Analyze and records theperformance of ESP wells on a daily basis. Prepared all reports such as call-out, pull-out, installation and function test,service tickets and communicating the same with the client. Diagnose problem and recommend or implement appropriate solution forsurface problems including electrical, solids production, gas-locking pumpsand insufficient fluid production. Responsible for pre-commissioning & commissioning surface equipment, designate proper transformer connections and wire size, set upsurface equipment and ensure system safety devices are installed andfunctioning. Prepare loading note, delivery note, and material requisition from stores andchecks all equipment before loading and off-loading. Assisted in the pre-delivery inspection of ESP downhole equipment beforeusing them on the well site. Assisted in the tear down of ESP equipment to find the cause of the failure. Responsible for ESP function test and analyze the performance of the pumpand fixing it in the proper running range. Performed cable preparation, cable splicing and assisted in cable repairs. Do all works and follows safe working practice in theworkshop, fieldResponsible for complete set of tools and instruments maintenance as well ashousekeeping. Perform specialized electrical work including basic repairs between different controller types. Complete necessary paperwork for equipment identification and tracking,inventory control.
