* Manage and maintain ApTra Vision, Vynamic Viewer Server, monimanager, R-Admin, FIS-IST/Switch GUI, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft System Center, Visual Journal, and SolidCore* Configure and maintain ATM software data, including loading ATM screens and editing and adding to ATM software files in XML * Manage ATM network connectivity and troubleshoot issues* Change and control ATM IPs, gateways, ports, DNS, subnet masks, remote peers, loon, forex, terminal IDs, computer names, configurations, BIOS, and registry* Extract and read ATM journals and logs to detect and resolve issues* Support all ATM / CDM types, classes, modules, hardware, and software, including NCR, Wincor, and Diebold Nixdorf, hyosung.* Troubleshoot and resolve ATM hardware and software issues using R-Admin* Work closely with SLM and FLM vendors* Support other related departments, such as IT, Network and Communication Team, Facility, Reconciliation, and Head Management* Manage and lead my team to achieve departmental goals* Provide case-by-case support to team members and urgent support for complex cases* Manage all VIP ATM requests* Participate in the planning and execution of multiple projects* Report directly to the department head

- working on R-admin, APTRA vision system, Vynamic viewer system & graphical user interface (switch).- Controlling ATM by Remote Admin and Monitoring System Checking hardware or software ATMs error.- Open calls with our ATMs Vendors with the errors that need Engineers (SLM).- Open calls with First Line Support Vendors Technicians till solving the sent errors.- Monthly Cash forecasting for the ATMs and request the cash.- Checking the ATMs that need to be replenished and send them in Daily sheet with specific amount of every ATM through e-mail to the CIT according to the withdrawal levels of every ATM.- Create ticket (with Logs) on Enterprise Ticketing System with every error or issue.- Support back-office team if they faced any problem with the E-journal or the ATMs.- Send daily Handover at the end of every shift with the postponed errors and down ATMs. - logging on ATM remotely administrator to through batches or Atm self test fixing the issue & check ATM data IP, host, port, files, remotpeer configurations, cash dispenser confirm, terminal ID, computer Name and read the E-journal to check transactions and issue.- check and solve the ATMs that need forex screens or regular screens and install it using R-admin- here is the errors that I can fix it remotely using R-Admin (card reader errors, anti-skimming, dispenser fatal, cassettes lock, not loading, forex, screens)+- I can help the CIT to solve the issue by Directing him to detecting & locates issue.-capable of working on all different types & classes of ATMs such as NCR, debold, wincor,and Debold nixdorf ATMs.-check the ATM connection with the router by checking the ATM & router ping.- sent the ATM that's down because of router or connection issue that required network technician.-Checking all the mails that sent to ATM monitoring group & replied it.-follow with all departments that's related to our ATM department. -train the new Comers and help them with work
