o Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, journal entries, expenses recording, etc.o Reviewing, recording, handling Petty Cash and settle it for all brancheso Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the real picture of the company financial position. and prepare monthly Balance Sheet analysis.o Handle full spectrum of financial role e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgero Confirm transaction are made accurately and entered in the accounting system.o Check cost center expenses and compare them against budget.o Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned. accounting tasks within deadlineso Handle P&L for each branch at the end of each month

o Reviewing all client’s contractso Ensuring that the right discounts are deducted.o Ensuring timely collection.o Issue invoices and follow up on Accounts payable and suppliers.o Monitor the AP’s on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.o Ensure that all suppliers’ accounts are fully reconciled and allocated periodically.o Review supplier’s invoices and follow up their balance.o Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordinglyo Responsible of calculation, preparation, and submission of tax returns such as monthly Vat return, withholding tax returns, payroll tax returns, annually income tax returns, and other tax returns according to the Egyptian tax’s laws.o Presenting daily reports on the company’s cash position and forecasted cash flow.o Ensuring efficient liquidity levels along with funding requirementso Performing bank reconciliationso Reporting monthly actual cash flowso Register all banking transactions that occurred every month.o Ensure that the bank account statement is in compliance with the company financial records
