 Managing effectively client’s assets according to their investment preferences. Implementing the best practices to develop the asset management plan within the assigned portfolio. Implementing the best practices to develop the energy management plan to improve the overall operational efficiency of managed assets. Implementing the site survey to develop the risk management plan within the managed assets. Developing of asset performance register and forecasting future needs to maintain high customer satisfaction and help achieve business objectives. Developing of critical spare parts register according to business needs forecasting future needs and reducing downtime. Monitoring of revenue and asset value through identified indicators and measures of performance and efficiency.  Developing and monitoring of condition-based maintenance (CBM) procedures and actions. Drafting and developing Power BI official interactive client reports, indicators, and dashboards to deliver the expected quality of service. Ensures that assets are uniquely identified and staff comply with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, life cycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases and templates. Monitoring, controlling and preparing the budget within the assigned portfolio. Developing and monitoring of critical asset list and implementing Mock drills with written technical recommendations.  Assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the assigned portfolio and provides an interface to other service department groups (e.g. Operations, IT data center, FM services, Finance, Procurement, etc.), ensuring effective integration of the Asset Management process.

 Managing the facilities and operations within the assigned portfolio. Implementing best supplier and customer relationship management, facilities management, building energy services management, maintenance, and contract management practices that improve the overall operational efficiency of managed assets. maintaining high customer satisfaction, and help achieving business objectives. Managing the effective achievement of the operation by setting individual objectives. Managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisals to maximize the subordinates’ and the business unit’s performance. Developing and monitoring SLAs for the portfolio of assets, and ensuring that they are aligned to service delivery, client expectations, and expectations from suppliers/service partners to achieve quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management, and profitability. Monitoring service delivery performance and leading the evaluation of suppliers’ performance to ensure the selection of appropriately qualified service providers at the optimum price to deliver the expected quality of service. Monitoring resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for running operations (projects, civil works, mechanical works, electrical works, landscaping, building inspections, etc.), accomplishing targets, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. Monitoring and controlling the execution of maintenance contracts, review the preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, and supervise the implementation by employees or assigned contractor(s) through reviewing reports and spot-checking as appropriate to ensure the provision of quality maintenance works to the facilities (including maintenance to audiovisual equipment, BMS, chillers, generators, HVAC, IT, etc.). Attending all coordination meetings with the tenants and contractors.
