Fulfilling objectives and directions from Supply chain department.  Keeping stock control systems up to date. Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely.  I’m responsible for all warehouse activities such as inbound delivers and storage, picking and issuance to production lines and follow up all team and all takes done. Supervision and monitor for all team in operation. I making to reachable the high record kip’s monthly or annual. I making reports to warehouse manager and contact with other departments production, purchasing ect  I making increasing from productivity team and increasing GMP score. I making reduce cost and utilization for my resource- Daily tasks : I making brief with my team in the morning to discuss any issue or new information. I distribution all tasks on my team and follow up them to finishing this tasks. I making rotation between my team if the matter need it. I open my mail to find any request or data in my work. I track for daily plan for production and all stock in warehouses by system. I making optimum utilization for space and capacity to warehouse. Determine all issues and find solution it and making corrective action. Finishing all tasks from my manager with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure that all process working smoothly. Improvement for warehouse activities by using lean process and seven s (7s) or instruction kiezien program. Create team work and cooperation between my team.
