And also measure Gluten in the dough & wet gluten content using by Glutomatic 2200.And also measure Moisture, Protein, Ash, Water Absorption, Zeleny, Colour in wheat flour using by Infamatic 9140.And also measure Nitrogen (protein) using by Auto Kjeldahl.4.Physical analysis of grain, such as the visual and insect inspection. And also measure Moisture, and estimate Test weight using by Aqumatic 5100. And also measure Dockage tester using by Carter Day.And also analysis Ash content using by Ashing furnace (Muffle).5.Supervision of the Pest Control program such as cleansing and fumigation inside silos and warehouses of the company.6.I sign up with the Engineer (Central Laboratory and Health and Imports) to withdraw samples from Al types of goods.7.Determine the viability of the goods falling within Location Company's, which is collected by the Department and participation in the committee formed to take the appropriate decision in respect of these goods.8.Periodic withdrawal of samples during the unloading of the ships and their conformity with the Egyptian standard specifications and notify the sales management and production of all the results and inform the PHUA legal affairs in the case of any irregularities.9.Determine the validity of the cargo ship abroad and in accordance with the specifications and standards with the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture.
