- Prepare Parent Recevabol collection report.- Perform the checklist tasks to review the monthly school MIS reports, e.g., listing matching with TBs, JVs & SOA.- Prepare the school cash collocation report. -summary report and Make Purchases LPO.- School closing on monthly basis & submit the revenue report, FAR, prepayments schedules after performing assigned tasks.- Maintain the VAT summary report regularly and reconcile with the VAT ledgers- Routine Tasks recording Petty Cash Transaction ,update records for activities and Trips, bank Reconciliation- Maintain books of accounts with the supporting documents- Verify credit card statements with supporting documents & approvals.- release the cheque to suppliers, collect & maintain the acknowledgement documents update records and maintain the payment vouchers
