The Section Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of the business, balancing between sales strategies, customer experience, team leadership, and operational responsibilities.Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.- Drive sales through effective floor management, product knowledge, and customer service.- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.- Monitor inventory levels and reorder merchandise as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.- Handle all aspects of customer service, including handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.- Process transactions quickly and accurately, following all company procedures- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare bank deposits.- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures- Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the store, including cleaning, organization, and security.- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.

The Supervisor will lead all operational, business, and team aspects of the luxury boutique, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards.- Provide the highest knowledge of the jewelry products and the highest level of customer service at all times and support the team in upholding the standards.- Drive store sales goals and KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.- Ensure achievement of financial and strategic objectives, while encouraging and supporting a continued focus amongst the team. - Ensure that the team provides an exceptional in-store experience by building genuine customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.- Participate actively and positively in the elaboration of the budget for the Boutique.- Ensure the efficient management of stock and control procedures.- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and in line with the brand's image and values.- Foster a positive working environment and ensure open communication among team members.- Oversee daily staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak shopping hours.- Ensure suitable and structured organization and communication.
