I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University and I am currently working as a SMEs Relationship Manager at Suez Canal Bank, where I grow and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises. My core competencies include credit management, customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction.In my role, I collaborate effectively to provide tailored solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. I also leverage my Agile Scrum skills to deliver projects on time and within budget. I am motivated by the opportunity to support the development and growth of SMEs in Egypt and to contribute to the bank's vision and mission.
