Current•Develop corporate and business digital strategies, aligned to the integrated and cross-functional marketing strategy, in order to support sales, drive revenue, and increase market share.•Drive efforts to be at the forefront of digital approaches, including personalization, demand generation, and client relationship management.•Lead the strategy, execution, and management of client-facing websites to engage clients and create a demand generation engine that supports the company's business objectives.•Translate data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and drive optimization efforts. Identify gaps or opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.•Create the KPIs to measure the success of the digital marketing campaigns. Oversee reporting, provide analysis on performance to goals, recommend changes in direction, and adjust budget allocations and resources as needed.•Lead and influence a global team and key stakeholders towards a common digital marketing vision. •Drive a culture of innovation on the team and continually evaluate new and emerging digital marketing functionality, capabilities, and technologies.•Lead development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for a global and/or local brand in order to deliver against overall brand vision and business objectives.•Partner with internal (e.g., Research &Development, Commercial) and external stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies, and drive System value/ business objectives.•Drive commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, and consumer communications/messaging to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions.•Work closely with the global category lead for their brand to bring global visions/strategies to life.•Awarded youtube leaderboard second place 2022 Ramadan campaign
