• Project: Reinforcement of Rabigh Combined Cycle Power Plant, 1200 MW, Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities:
• Review the projects’ specifications related to the QC scope of work, create site inspection and test plan (ITP), and review the supplier's quality documents for electrical equipment.
• Accomplish factory acceptance tests (FAT) on all electrical equipment.
• Assist in vendor list preparation and carry out a pre-qualification audit to evaluate the suppliers before the purchase order (PO) issuance.
• Issue NCR when a non-conformance has been found and arrange with suppliers to close it.

Tanzania - China - India

• Project: Julius Nyerere Hydropower Plant, 2115 MWCompany: The Arab Contractors and Elsewedy Electric Joint Venture (JVACEE), Responsibilities:
• Created the site ITP and reviewed suppliers’ fabrication quality documents for power house and switchyard electrical equipment according to the project specifications.
• Provided manufacturing follow-up and carried out expediting visits to the supplier’s factory. Maintained the procured material delivery date to be before the contractual dates by tracking and expediting the delivery.
• Accomplished FAT on the following PH & SY electrical equipment. - 9 units of 235 MW salient pole generators, excitation, and governor systems in China.- 29 units of 92.2 MVA 400 KV GSU transformers, 16 units of HV.
• Carried out the inspections of the delivered materials to the site and ensured that all materials completely matched with approved materials as well as the project specifications.
• Performed the daily inspections on the executed electrical works at the site against the project specifications by carrying out internal inspection with subcontractors and forwarding the inspection notice to the client.

Elco Steel 220/33/33 KV, 500 MVA GIS Substation, Suez, Egypt

• Project: Elco Steel 220/33/33KV & 500MVA substation.Responsibilities:
• Led a team of technicians and engineers to finalize the remaining construction work. Accomplished the remaining construction work and pending contractual issues on time and handed over the project to the consultant.
• Finalized the remaining invoices with the end user and collected the remaining amounts.
• Managed the warranty claims and punch points and cleared it with the end user.

Elco Steel Substation, Suez, Egypt

• Project: Elco Steel 220/33/33KV & 500MVA substation.Responsibilities:
• Carried out expediting visits and FAT on the project’s electrical equipment.
• Created the site ITP and reviewed suppliers’ quality documents for all electrical equipment.
• Finalized the inspections of the delivered materials and executed electrical works at site.
• Issued NCR when a non-conformance has been found and collaborated to close it.
• Achieved a 3-month reduction in the project execution time by expediting the procured materials delivery time.

• Projects:1-The Arab contractors and Elsewedy Electric Joint Venture Head Quarter2- Elsewedy electric PSP Head Quarter (HQ-B)Responsibilities:
• Created the site ITP for all MEP work activities.
• Accomplished the inspections of the delivered materials to site and the executed MEP works. MEP works were completed and handed over earlier than the planned date.
• Issued NCR when a non-conformance has been found and collaborated to close it.
• Achieved a 30% reduction in the cost of MEP panels by discovering some design issues.
