I started my career as a graphic designer and Front-end developer and worked in the industry for several years. At one point when I saw the internet maturing, I felt that I could pivot to UI/UX design and use some of my previous skills that I inherited from graphic design and front-end development to help me in my new career.One of my first jobs in UI and UX was working at a startup, It was a great opportunity because I had the chance to work through the whole UI/UX pipeline, all the way from doing research all the way to launching the product, So I had the opportunity to wear a lot of hats, and I got to work with several people outside my field like Frontend engineers, Backend and Project manager. It was a great opportunity to try different things like doing branding, marketing, iconography, and everything you can think of. I came in knowing some of the skills that I needed I learned the process along the way just from working and collaborating with other people.
