Full time lecturer in the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department (IAED) within the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (FADA).

I worked as a full time faculty member (Professor of Interior Design) for fifteen years in the department of Interior Design within the School of Building Arts, Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). As a part of the core faculty, I contributed greatly to the interior design department getting its CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation) accreditation. Another one of my significant contributions was developing and improving the undergraduate and graduate level lighting courses. Responsibilities included teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate level courses, collaborating with faculty, administrators, and industry professionals, taking part in admissions events and activities, conducting student advisement, contributing to the field of interior architecture and design locally, nationally and globally, serving as thesis chair and thesis committee member for a variety of graduate students' thesis projects, mentoring teaching assistants, and participating in academic and scholarship councils.
