Stakeholder Engagement - Identified and engaged stakeholders such as the Anti-FGM Board and organizations working and affected by the issues of harmful cultural practices as well as gender. Development of Inclusion Resources -Led and managed the project, which entailed overseeing the development and adaptation of accessible formats of the FGM Act. Capacity Building -Led on partnership assessment initiatives, developed a coherent plan of partner capacity building, and supported partners in the implementation of those plans. Conducted membership engagement surveys and implemented a membership recruitment plan which saw the recruitment of over 200 organizations as members of The Girl Generation in Kenya and 900 members across Africa. Directly supported the End FGM Grassroots Fund programme which channelled $1.8 million, through 172 small grants. Trained more than 200 inspiring young grassroots activists and journalists on Social Change Communication and Do No Harm approach to transform the way they communicate to end FGM.
