CurrentMY ROLE AND INVOLVEMENT:In Euroclear, the Capacity Management process encompasses a wide range of activities grouped in three categories:- The monitor performance and capacity of IT services and the supporting infrastructure components, through the collection and analysis of performance indicators.- Conduct performance and capacity forecasting of IT resources.- Provide recommendations on the design and sizing of new or modified systems and services.Domain Owner: Windows/ESX and Linux/KVMTEAM DESCRIPTION:Capacity Management mission is to ensure that the capacity of the IT infrastructure (current and future) matches the evolving demands of the Euroclear Group in the most cost-effective and timely manner.The process used at Euroclear are based on best principles: these are largely taken from the ITIL Capacity Management process, and the Performance Assurance and Performance Engineering processes of the Information Technology Infrastructure Planning (ITIP) framework.
