Hello,I am Esmanur Yurdalan, a senior student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Erciyes University. I am working as an R&D Engineer at Daphne Bilişim company in the "Artificial Intelligence Supported Automatic Spraying and Hoeing Agricultural Unmanned Ground Vehicle" project, which is accepted within the scope of KOSGEB Research-Development, Production-Development and Innovation Support Program.I worked as a Hardware Design Engineer in the R&D Department at Batron Energy. I designed the hardware of the BMS boards using Circuit Studio and Altium Designer programs. I also have SMD printing and THD printing experience.I did my first internship at Demsay Elektronik A.Ş. I worked in the R&D and production departments of Demsay Elektronik. In the R&D department, I controlled the servo motor with ESP32 and produced a robot that moves according to the entered angle and number of motors. I wrote the code for the circuit control via Arduino ID. I placed 13 servo motors in the circuit and controlled the movement mechanism of the robot according to the entered commands. I drew the game development kit, called Demboard, using Altium Designer. Demboard is now available at the Demsay Electronics store. These are the projects I worked on myself during my internship. However, I learned the working mechanisms of the devices called Evulation Board and Nehir Air, which were previously produced in R&D, by participating in the test sections. At the same time, I gained experience by closely observing the production processes of electronic cards in the production department.I did my second internship at Aspilsan Energy. I closely learned the production stages and usage areas of Nickel-Cadmium and Lithium-Ion batteries and battery cells used in Rail Systems, submarines and aviation. I worked on the sensor sets used in the internal structure of these batteries in line with the needs. I prepared a report on the future of super capacitors by examining the feasibility reports of super capacitors, which are considered as the power source of the future. I conducted a kaizen study to speed up the production process of batteries. In 2021, I had the opportunity to participate in the Teknofest Robotaxi Ride Autonomous Competition by working in the electronics/social media/mechanical fields for a year as part of the Erciyes Otonom team. I learned the image processing method for autonomous driving in the Erciyes Otonom team. I worked in Uart/Usart and Can Bus communication fields. I learned how to use stm32 cards and use stm32Cube Ide and keil Uvision programs.
