I take on the role of a substitute teacher in different high schools, helping out with classes and providing support where needed. It’s been a great opportunity to assist teachers with classroom management, help students stay engaged, and even get involved in surveying the school's systems to improve the learning environment.

During my internship I developed a chatbot for VvAA Insurances. The goal was to enhance communication and customer interaction to improve response time issues of the company and creating a better experience for clients.
