- Budget and Forecast process per brand: Together with the Business Planner and Area Managers, I am coordinating the total budget and forecast process per destination and per season (summer/ winter). I run administrative and financial operations to ensure that things run smoothly for our guides on side.- Sales & Cashbook administration: I am checking the daily invoices, commissions and match the PO's. If needed, I will coach and support our Guides & Area Managers to have correct cashbooks & commission sheets in order they provide me the correct information.

I was also responsible for the execution and control of maintenance work in the bungalows and checking invoices. Finally, I was involved in the financial administration of the cash books of the various departments at the park (Reception, Supermarket, Restaurant and bike rent).

Together with 2 other colleagues we were responsible for a chalet and apartment for a total of 22 persons. We make sure that breakfast is ready every morning, in the afternoon when the guests came back from skiing, coffee and tea was ready and in the evening we prepared a 3-course dinner. But cleaning, administration, guest contact and contact with partners was also our responsibility.

Organizing activities for children from 4 to 18 years in a team of ± 6 people. The activities must be devised and developed. In addition to these games, there were also activities such as boat trips and climbing for both parents and children, with 2 of the team guiding the group and being responsible. I have worked at 4 locations, La Roche (Belgium), Lacanau Ocean (France), Porec (Croatia) and Elba (Italy).

For my thesis, I researched the CO2 emissions of Better Places travel and how this can be reduced by making consumers more aware of CO2 emissions. Using the CARMACAL, I investigated the CO2 emissions of Better Places' trips. Remarkable data emerged here, such as the large difference in CO2 emissions per airline. In addition, I investigated how these findings can be communicated to consumers so that they become more aware and possibly reduce the CO2 emissions of their journey.
