- Help coordinate all safety services as directed and according to OSHA requirements and company policy.- Conduct job site safety inspections as assigned and complete all associate paperwork.- Ensure all field staff are working in compliance with Company Policies and OSHA standards.- Perform all accident investigations within 24 hours, including preparation of written report per the Injury Reporting procedure when requested by Safety Manager.- Perform on-site Quality Control/Quality Assurance Inspections and report and record the results as assigned by Quality Manager.- Issuance of the Non-Compliance Reports and overseeing and recording the proper Non-Compliance Follow-up Report results.- Review plans, specifications and manufacturer’s instructions for proper material installation during pre-construction meetings.- Attending the Pre-job conference with Foreman & Estimator/Project Manager, and record-keeping of this process for company and affiliates as assigned by Quality Manager.
