-Moderated between 200-250 suspected impersonation accounts per day, and made significant gains in clearing the +1k backlog.-Modified my workflow to reduce the SLA set to 48 hours and cut that to 24 hours average handle time for internal impersonation reports.-Working cross-functionally to resolve impersonation escalations from the Creator and Internal Support teams. I resolved escalations from high profile figures.-Conducted high-priority government, politician, and political party sweeps escalated by the Public Policy team.
