I was in Office Administration for over 10 years. During this time, I've supported various IT support tasks such as installing new phone systems for the company, updating software and assisting the current IT company with troubleshooting. I enjoy it very much. I completed Coursera’s IT Support Specialist program and received my certification. I worked as a Tier 1 Service Analyst and now serve as a Technology Operations Associate.
