Supporting merchant with their eCom integration towards the ConCardis Payengine solution. Processing incoming second level requests related to the integration, payment methods and payouts. Writing requirements for improvements on the platform and/or payment process.

In my role I write the requirements, create the mockups and manage the product development to connect eCommerce platforms with the Shopgate platform. I also work closely together with our internal teams on the development of the Shopgate platform itself.

Managing the Digital Retail product to launch online vehicle reservations.

In this role I'm responsible for the certified shoppingcartmodules for the Ingenico ePayments platform. I'm in close contact with the developers of these modules to get a well developed and tested module released.As an expert in our shoppingcartmodules I also provide training sessions internally to transfer my knowledge.

Internal & external technical trainer for the Ogone/Ingenico ePayments portfolio. Provide advanced technical support towards merchants or partners directly or in an expert role by supporting our 1st Line Technical Support team.Participate and act as a resource for future platform development discussions and testing.In the day-to-day job I perform Backoffice, Fraud prevention and technical training sessions. Next to the trainingsessions I also support our accounts with their technical queries and projects. These projects are often larger projects and can be national and/or international.

- Treat all inbound 1st line technical support requests (phone, e-mail, ticket)- Assist new customers with setting up test accounts in a free trial environment and provide high quality support- Support customers in their transition to the production environment to ensure a smooth start-up of their online payment activities- Ensure the continuity of the customers business by responding quickly and taking the correct measurements on day-today questions on the services provided by Ogone- Escalate appropriate support requests to a 2nd or 3rd line support level.- Act as a backup for the operational and administrative support colleagues for all countries in which Ogone is active- Pro-active screening of the support mailbox and ticketing system and take appropriate action.- Use the offered support tools (software, FAQ, activity logging, etc.) in the most optimal way and report update requirements where necessary- Active collaboration in project work and work to a plan- Close interaction with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Development, etc.)

As Sales Support employee, I processed new registrations, setup accounts, have contacts with acquirers for several payment methods. I also kept in contact with the merchants for new requests regarding payment methods and changes in their account.
