Engineering Support: Complete job overviews prior to kick-off meetings, edit/update assembly prints in inventor, and inspect machinery on assembly floor for accuracy.Documentation/Training: Write custom training modules (installation/change over instructions), develop user manuals utilizing module templates written in Microsoft Word, print/bind complete user manual, work with job specific engineers ensuring instruction accuracy, complete job specific BOMs, recommended spare parts, and one point lessons when requested.Video/Photography: Film all tested components/machinery, film change over procedures, edit/brand all videos, create promotional product videos, developed video menu for tradeshow kiosks and to further strengthen customer relationships with video sharing. Take photos of custom drive assemblies and custom machinery, change over procedures for documentation/user manual purposes, press releases (individuals/product), trade show booth/activity, and special events the company participates in.Graphic Design/Marketing: Responsible for all company graphics, web maintenance and updates. Support role to marketing.Trade Show Management: Ensure all deadlines are met, book hotels rooms/flights, design/distribute marketing efforts, design special event invites and maintain a RSVP list for ticket distribution, logistics, packing crates, setup/break down booth, and provide support services where needed.Administrative: Answering phones when needed and all other support as assigned Archive Manager: Conversion of all VHS/DV tapes to digital format, conversion of outdated data sheets to digital format for engineer reference via database.Employee Meeting Coordinator: Coordinate employee meetings, which include catering and room set up.Customer Visit Coordinator : Email NDAs to scheduled visitors, coordinate lunch considering dietary restrictions when required, provide hotel accommodations, create welcome signage and host visitors while on premises.
