A full-fledged base of project suppliers has been formed, chains of procurement processes and logistics of goods have been systematized. The product matrix is systematized and divided into different categories. The marginality of the presented products is increased. The system of returns of unsold goods has been developed and implemented.Also, together with the founder, the independent RetailSolutions project was launched to provide outsourcing online stores and related accounting, IT development and logistics units, major tenders were held and several large companies were involved.
