As the first PM in Appical I proactively worked with Appical's boardmembers to ensure the benefit for (global) roll-outs of Appical's new and existing customers.Responsibilities include:- Leading & developing the Appical PM team (from 1 to 3 FTE)- Create and implement a PM way of working for Appical biggest customers (FT500)- Lead in global implementations of Appical's biggest customers- Drafting of PM training and milestones for internal use

As teamlead Customer Success is was my job to make sure Appical's customers receive the best treatment from firstday they become Appical's customer. As part of one of their largest MSP programs at Philips it was my job to both secure, execute and optimise the process from sourcing to contracting of external time hire at the Philips HQ in Amsterdam. I consulted on HR regarding temp labor management for Philips HQ working closely together with TA, HR and Procurement and on sourcing strategy including relationship management and negotiation strategy. Responsibilities: - Realise expansion of the program - Recognised new opportunities and create and implement new categories and solutions - Responsible for transformation to the MSP program and VMS process as well as improvement of this program on strategic level This of course involves high level stakeholder management – both internally at Philips and externally. - It requires a specialism in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition/Recruitment combined with an expertise in vendor and process/change management
