My name is Esnart Chipili and I am seeking a teaching opportunity. As an experienced Preschool teacher with over 5 years’ work experience in both New Zealand and Zambia at the American international school of Lusaka and Vietnam, where I have had the privilege to put into practice the Reggio teaching approach which has allowed me to view my students as competent learners and to observe and document my students learning as well as approach my students from an inquiry PYP approach. I can offer excellent communication and listening skills as an educator and staff member. I have good organizational skills to plan the day and respond to the different needs of the children I teach as well as to make family and community connections. I have the ability to inspire and enthuse young children's energy, resourcefulness, responsibility, patience and a caring nature.
