It took three years to stop considering myself a “new” vegan. I know how long it takes for this to feel like your regular way of life, and how confusing it can be when you first set out on this amazing path. Four years ago I ate boxed mac & cheese for dinner more often than I’d care to admit, and now I’m here, so I know what it takes to make these changes. I am also a certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and plant-based nutritionist, and I offer individual coaching services to work with you one-on-one offline to bring the joy of veganism into your life on the level that works for you. I offer packages for coaching and nutrition education by phone or Skype, recipe development by email (or phone), and cooking lessons, grocery store tours, and pantry overhauls for those with whom I can work in person.
