I co-created the Bahasa Indonesia Online Program (BIOC) for learners of non-Indonesian language speakers. The program is designed to learn the language from a business and cultural perspective with an approach to enable the students to use the language actively.

Support the development and implementation of survey on health worker, sanitarian, and village facilitator of Indonesia nutrition project funded by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

Support central and field-based research operations for complex-design PEER Health (NIH) study, “Impact of reduced in-home secondhand smoke exposure on low birthweight prevalence and neonate health.” 1. Led preparatory phase for launch of field operations, including training and field operations manual development; recruitment for field positions; development of study subject recruitment, screening, and interview instruments; and development of field operations tracking tools. 2. Manage and coordinate human and financial resources to ensure efficient and effective field operations, including travel to North Lombok and Bima (NTB) study locations for on-site management support. 3. Support field-based management team to create and implement training for health educators and midwives from partner organizations who conduct health education intervention sessions to pregnant women and communities. 4. Conduct regular analysis of field operations performance and interview data for quality assessment and for early identification of technical, operational and managerial challenges. Based on these analyses, support field management team to develop and implement solutions to identified challenges and keep field operations on track.

Assisted to establish and develop English language adult education school in 7 cities in Indonesia. During this period I supervised branch management, trained the team, initiated the opening of new branch, and assesed their perfomances. I also presented in some seminars related to Education, and Spoke in motivational trainings for students.

I Created a curriculum for training English language instructors and junior instructors; conducted a periodic assessments of curriculum performance and modified the curriculum based on assessment results. I also led instructors and junior instructors in conducting classes, assessing and evaluating students’ performance. On top of that, I regularly assessed and evaluated instructors’ and junior instructors’ performance, created and implemented performance improvement action plans based on assessments.
