I converted my passion for technology into an IT career over 15 years ago working as an Intern for a South Florida Information Technology company that specialized in architecting and maintaining IT systems for small and medium businesses. Advancing my education with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from FAU, I was able to continue my career path. My ultimate goal was reached in 2014 as an IT expert with the launch of Simplitfy. Simplitfy is Simple IT for you.As President of Simplitfy, I perform the following:• Take ownership and responsibility for our customers’ IT needs• Ensure that we proactively maintain customer systems• Help our customers plan for the future and recommend solutions to give them the best return on their investment so they can focus on their core businessAdditionally, I have maintained industry dominance through continuing education and certifications.
