As Tactical Systems, Reactor Controls, and Electrical Division Officer, I managed the day-to-day operations of five divisions, including the performance and training of personnel, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of equipment. Other duties included direct supervision of up to 30 sailors and safe operation of a naval submarine which included overseeing operation of a naval submarine propulsion plant and managing maintenance and safety practices in plant shutdown.✔ Coordinator for program to turn ballistic missile submarines into guided missile submarines. Set up meetings and video/audio conferences, distributed meeting summaries, created agendas, and coordinated information transfers between key parties. ✔ Chosen as Duty Commanding Officer during evening hours to allow Commanding Officer time off for sleep.
