Director Of Operations
Current- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of call center, back office and claims
- Review business processes, analyze results and ensure effectiveness of the process. Review operational reports, review actual performance compared to the budgeted performance, identify issues or reasonable grounds
- Leads the execution of strategies developed by the CEO, assist CEO with Yearly/Monthly/Quarterly planning
- Identify structural problems that impede the flow of information, manage staff levels, hours, wages and contract labor, Set training standards and hiring and onboarding procedures
- Have ownership of the productivity dashboard
