I head internal operations and resource management of a 20 member staff dedicated to auto industry forecasting. This involves collaborating with C-level leadership to develop and implement corporate strategy, then scheduling and delegating that work for employees. I manage both internal employee and external customer relationships with an emphasis on developing sustainable processes. I also oversee project management. Saphran is a growing company which requires several "hats" to be worn. Mine include overseeing the company effort of SOC 2 compliance as well as system administrator roles for O365, Dynamics 365, Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Drata, and Teams.

I oversaw multiple IT CRM projects that were essential in upgrading Luxottica's system and reporting analytics. This included coordinating with multiple vendors internationally to complete integrations, software upgrades, and online dashboard reporting tools. I also partnered with internal resources to explain and train on learnings, implications, and ROI of CRM activities.

I participated in design and architecture sessions with clients to gather documentation on their business processes. This allowed me to advise on best practices for CRM processes, UI, and architecture. I created detailed project plans for customers and wrote specs for customizations, migration, and system integrations. This was followed by configuring customized CRM systems based on design specifications then executing on test plans and scripts. I conducted end-to-end testing of applications, ensuring they met customer requirements and were completed within project timelines and budgets.

I held roles managing both qualitative and quantitative studies measuring customer satisfaction, brand imaging/positioning, pricing, segmentation, and concept evaluation. I trained clients on the use of Burke's Digital Dashboard online reporting tool and conducted multiple software trainings. I organized and maintained a software support helpline.
