CurrentI head internal operations and resource management of a 20 member staff dedicated to auto industry forecasting. This involves collaborating with C-level leadership to develop and implement corporate strategy, then scheduling and delegating that work for employees. I manage both internal employee and external customer relationships with an emphasis on developing sustainable processes. I also oversee project management. Saphran is a growing company which requires several "hats" to be worn. Mine include overseeing the company effort of SOC 2 compliance as well as system administrator roles for O365, Dynamics 365, Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Drata, and Teams.
