Erik Espelid is an experienced international search consultant with a background specifically encompassing academic research, sales and recruiting. Currently with OMP, a leading software company in the supply chain planning space, he has worked with some of Atlanta’s most progressive companies, helping them to locate exceptional talent for their urgent technology requirements. Erik has successfully managed strategic accounts with clients worldwide and has been instrumental in building enduring business relationships. He managed the implementation of two major research projects over a four year period at Liverpool John Moores University looking at the effects of sleep deprivation on cognitive tasks and interpersonal communication, during which time he was also an assistant lecturer in social and forensic psychology.Erik earned his Bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology from the University of Oslo and his Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Liverpool.
