I have gained a broad experience working with IT and information security management for 24 years. I have good experience with developing, implementing and managing information security strategies and information security management systems and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards, protocols, laws and regulations.I have a technical IT background involving management of critical IT systems and sensitive data which is a good foundation for communication with IT and development functions.My motto is that information security should be a business enabler.Some of my key qualifications include:• Long experience from working with laws and security standards such as ISO 27001, NSM basic principles for ICT security, GDPR, IKT forskriften, Sikkerhetsloven, the NIS directive among others.• Extensive experience with risk management, including carrying out risk analyzes and developing risk-reducing measures.• Broad technical and administrative experience within cyber security and the use of technology to secure information systems.• Excellent communication skills, collaborative skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees across departments and functions to ensure a common approach to information security.• Team player, self-driven and strong motivation for self-development• Good written and oral presentation skills in both Norwegian and English
