Responsible for multi-channel marketing outlets, 3rd party web management (AIrbnb , Expedia, Google, Booking.com, etc) as well as a stand-alone web presence offering a unique hospitality experience in hawaii. This experience combined intense nature hikes in extreme environments (including active lava flows), community activisim , and off-grid and ecologically focused construction. Completed a number of rare or unique rustic-tech integrations for management and use of off-grid living , including custom solar integrations, water purification systems, waste management, and more. Oversaw all aspects of the company, including accounting, integration and compliance with local tax and other authorities, and long term planning.

Updated corporate IT and ERP systems, coordinating with senior management, 3rd party consultations, and on-site production staff. Analyzed existing manufacturing, production, and management policies; updated documentation; selected,installed, customized new elements of management software. Addressed significant challenges in inventory management, production automation, analytic accounting, and software best practices. Helped to transition Sage ERP system to more modern versions and ERP software.

Design, Management, and implementation of corporate ERP system and all mission-critical software. Management of CRM pipeline from lead generation and input through sale follow-up and upsell. Creation, Maintenance, and backup of company databases, Especially focused on operations, accounting, and inventory systems.Design and creation of custom ERP modules focused on energy-efficient lighting solutions.

Creation, Implementation, collaborative design, and maintenance of the company's core ERP systems, which seamlessly connected sales, operations, product management, accounting, and business reporting. Total proprietary codebase at 'completion' contained hundreds of internally accessible views, and totaled in excess of 1M lines of code. Oversight and management of all back-end processes connection to ~13 active websites, including lead collection / qualification, customer portal access, mailing list integration, and many more functions. Management of local IT and programming staff, responsible for onsite and local hardware. Integration of VOIP phone systems with internal sales and management tools. With the CEO, was responsible for creating the company's strategic vision with respect to IT and technology in general, and then making this vision real.

Integration of various company IT/Software platforms (xCart, Kayako Suport Suite, Drupal/Wordpress websites, various databases, constant contact lists, etc.) into a seamless whole. Creation of multiple precisely targeted websites for lead collection and qualification, while collecting all leads centrally and forwarding qualified leads to the appropriate sales force automatically. With the marketing team, maintained primary e-commerce websites containing approximately 4,000 unique pages and ~1500 unique products. Creation and maintenance of company MySQL databases. Administration of Linux server cluster for Database, Apache webserver, security, and many other general purposes. Creation of custom Bash scripts for automation of critical tasks. Installation and configuration of VOIP systems (ringcentral), employee workstations, and general IT hardware onsite. Presided over partial, but continuous, transition to more cloud-based technologies.
