As a Property Manager at the NRP Group i was responsible for my staff to be at work clocked in and ready to perform their dities and scheduled. I would hold Monday Meetings every Monday to ensure we were all on the same page for our work week coming up. I would walk property to make sure it was clean and ready for prospects at all times. I would work with my CA to ensure all the rent was posted taken to the bank daily and all delinquent rent was collected if not evictions were in place. I helped My Leasing Specialist with putting model units together and Marketing Ideas for the property.I processed invoices and scheduled all or most of the contracting done on property. I answered muli phone lines and handled payroll. I posted rent and leased apartments when needed and filled in when needed to work on the weekend.

Open and freshened model units for prospects to view daily. Answered mutli phone lines. Entered guest cards, applications and ran credit for approved move ins.Followed up guest cards weekly, Market property to near by shopping center and businesses. Kept a close relationship with SAHA and BHAP and attended days at either office if vouchers given to a high number of people at once.
