Prepare proforma and NAIC submittal data tables for Land Acquisition, prepare Takedown Request and Development Spend Request for NAIC approval.Active management of project budgets and forecasts using NAIC submittal, Division CCP closings forecast and land/development spend timing from project managers.Process Land closing entries, Impact Fee allocation journal entries, job accrual entries, any Land categorization journal entries and/or RSV adjustments.Assist Land Department in check request processing, cashflow communication, and vendor insurance compliance monitoring.Land Department liaison for Finance regarding forecasts, project budgets, accounts payable and corporate report requests. Maintain and update lot release/premium schedules, update addresses within Newstar Enterprise and process buyer closings HUD true up reconciliation.

Analyze and maintain yearly budgets for Cost Analysis, identify areas for reduction throughout the fiscal year.Active management of negotiation budgets by facilitating intra-organization cost transfers, including review of received expenses.Monitor purchase order agreements and third-party billings and troubleshoot any inaccurate charges.Provide monthly reporting deliverables and analysis to Sales team and Upper Management.Department liaison for planning and reporting regarding sustaining costs issues and/or questions.Maintain and update procedural documents
