Leading MK15 Phalanx Close-In Weapon System Technician onboard USS John Paul Jones (DDG-53). Well versed and trained in electronics, computer programs, radar operation, pneumatic operations, weapons clearing, AC/DC electrical current and theory, circuit diagrams. Supervising 4 maintenance personnel in repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting efforts of 2 multi-million dollar weapon systems onboard USS John Paul Jones, utilizing test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, frequency counter, digital and analog multimeter as well as using schematic diagrams. Certified fiber optic installer from ETA-V International.Trained in force protection and anti-terrorism procedures and advanced tactics. Knowledgeable and responsible for all small arms, crew serve weapons, MK 38 MOD 2 25MM machine gun system, all anti-terrorism and visit, board, search, seizure equipment.
