Project Management in relevant Programs/Projects for Italian banks Tier 1 & 2, with specific regards to: • CRM tool design for CIB department, with respect of the Agile methodology • Compliance regulatory programs (EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II)• AML & Financial Sanctions Compliance programs.As part of project team, my responsibilities, among the others, include mainly: • Acting as Accenture client reference point for offering and sales cycle side; • Defining and gathering business requirements, working side by side with the customer, in order to understand and identify opportunities coming from the digital transformation; • Planning of activities involving different stakeholders (e.g. Front Office, Compliance, IT, Operations depts); • Coordinating and providing functional support within the execution and implementation phases; • Managing interactions with C-level executives for projects updates and critical issues addressing; • Coordinating and tutoring of junior resources.
