I'm really passionate about cars and motorsport, I enjoy sharing my knowledge of safety systems, driving dynamics, automotive technology, and the history of car models and brands in any of the 3 different roles I have:1. Training sales teams in the classroom and during test drives. 2. Instructing clients on racetracks to enhance their driving skills. 3. Leading groups of journalists on hundreds of kilometers to test new product launches, ensuring an enjoyable, safe and engaging experience.

Fondeadora is THE digital alternative to the traditional Mexican banking system.As Head of People, I worked closely with all executives, teams and individuals across the organization. I support the company’s growth from the founding team to its first 50 employees. My role had an impact on the full employee experience, from the recruiting to the onboarding, performance management and employee communication. It was my priority to make sure that our employees' experience is rewarding, engaging, and fun. My goals were met through initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition, career development, and our office spaces.In the early stages of the company, I was responsible for the crowdfunding part of the seed round. Fondeadora was the first crowdfunding platform in México. In 2017, we merge operations with Kickstarter, the leading platform in the world.As Head of Communications of Fondeadora, I worked closely with the creators of key projects, throughout their entire crowdfunding experience. From understanding the platform to creating their project profile, designing powerful messages, and developing the campaign strategy. My favorite part was traveling around the country sharing the paradigm-shift opportunity crowdfunding offers to entrepreneurs through conferences, workshops and seminars. My role as crowdfunding evangelizer impacted more than 100,000 people through +1000 events around the whole country.Other relevant responsibilities include:- Lead prospecting. - Managed institutional relationships with our primary stakeholders.- Office space management and cultural ambassador.
