Foreign Trade RepresantativeCurrent responsibilities include;● Representing the company in an appropriately professional manner in compliance with its policies in foreign trade platform● Preparing price offers● Making the truck plan against the customers orders and type them into ERP ● Monitoring the production and delivery schedule of products, resolving possible issues and reporting the status to customer● Executing export operations of the shipments, preparing the shipment documents● Organizing the whole process for shipping of products from us and delivering them to our customers● Arranging logistics companies with optimal freight rate● Communicating export customers related with their orders and also shipments,● Enhancing business relationship with current customers ● Searching, developing and acquiring new customers to our company’s portfolio● Suggesting the proper mode of payment on the new customer to the finance department.● Keeping on their current account reporting estimated cash flow to Finance Manager.● Communicate with mainly customers and Searching, developing and acquiring new customers to our company’s portfolio to reach the specified targets● Monitoring and following up the import- export customs procedures closely in cooperation with the customs broker.
