During this internship, where I fully observed the practical application of the knowledge I gained throughout my education and significantly developed my skills in the field of chemical production, I participated in the following processes:* Modeling of production lines and troubleshooting element or machine-based issues within the production lines,* Production of solid, liquid, and powder forms of products such as soap, detergent, and shower gel* Implementation of methods like Kaizen, 5S, and OEE to ensure smooth production operations,* Completion of quality control processes for semi-finished and finished products in the field,* Application of occupational health and safety, GMP, and GLP procedures required in production.

During this experience, which allowed me to acquire fundamental knowledge specific to the pharmaceutical industry while developing my laboratory skills, I was involved in the following processes:* Preparation of solutions and standards used in analyses,* Routine calibration of laboratory equipment,* Conducting physical and chemical analyses using instruments such as dissolution testers, dispersive devices, HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers and NGI,* Supporting method validation and analytical validation processes,* Performing stability and impurity analyses.
