As an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Kent University, I specialize in business administration with a keen focus on eco-innovation and entrepreneurship. My research primarily investigates the influence of environmental innovation activities on the international competitiveness of firms, particularly within the chemical industry. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Education from Istanbul University, complemented by an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Yeditepe University.My work extends beyond academia, involving significant research projects and consultancy roles. I have collaborated with various organizations, including the Istanbul Scientific Research Unit and private institutions like the Foundation for the Support of Women’s Work, to foster entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices. My teaching experience spans across international institutions, including guest lecturing at the University of Economics in Prague.I'm passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical application, especially in the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and women entrepreneurs.
