○ Managing of all HSE processes of the plant and cooperation with other departments○ Ensuring compliance with all central and legal HSE regulations and to update in case of new/changed regulation○ Improving the HSE management system of the plant○ Organization HSE activities to improve safety&environment culture / performance at the plant○ Providing training for employees, subcontractors and new employee about HSE topic & rules○ Organization of annually HSE Workshops for review KPI's and determine for HSE projects○ Managing HSE projects with another departments and reporting to central office○ To collecting the monthly environment and safety KPI's results, entering the system and report to the top management ○ Planning, participating and reporting the monthly OHS committee meeting, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 MS and supplier HSE compliance audits○ Managing the internal audits; to providing to the managers the findings with the related actions and to following the actions○ Doing risk assessments of working conditions and machine acceptances, preparing reports and monitoring corrective and preventive actions ○ Root cause analysis and reporting work incidents (work accident, near misses and environmental accidents)○ Coordination of emergency situations and drills, preparing emergency action plan○ Hazardous work permits management, control of subcontractors HSE compliance○ Paricipate of 5S & ergonomics activities○ Chemical management and following of chamical trainings○ Waste management and following monthly waste amounts○ Preparing the budget of HSE department annually and controlling the status○ Manageing HSE department purchasing process (Personal and environmental protective equipment)
