Following up the current accounts of the customers in my portfolio, making daily customer calls, making and filing the written and verbal reconciliations regularly, checking the statements for the customers that cannot be agreed and solving the problems. Calling with customers by phone, taking payment promises and recording them in the system. Providing written and verbal information to the relevant sales team if there is a damage or loss problem in the customer's cargo, and to the invoicing department if there is an invoice problem, and taking action to solve the problem and follow up. Monitoring the payment due dates of the customers, conducting risk management, meeting with the management of companies that are deemed to be financially risky and presenting reports. In cases where the collections cannot be made on time, the finance and sales management is informed and the account is frozen in order to stop the credit account, the warnings that inform the company that legal proceedings have been initiated, and the file is transferred to the legal department.

Arrangement of domestic and international receivables follow-ups and timely collections/payments. Domestic receivables follow-up, reconciliation with companies via regular phone / e-mail, determining the payment date and collecting the payment, solving and following up the problem if there is any. Weekly reporting of domestic collections to the management. Reporting of foreign receivables and payments, issuing statements, following up the reconciliation with foreign agencies via e-mail, performing the collection, if there is a problem, and following up until the problem is solved. After submitting a report to the accounting manager and getting approval, issuing a payment order to the bank, submitting a weekly report to the management. Issuing e-invoices through the system, controlling basic/commercial invoices and canceling them if necessary / issuing return invoices. Follow-up of the payment of the individual accounts following the customs procedures. Preparation and filing of letters of agreement. Preparation and filing of Ba/ Bs reports. Monitoring weekly IATA CASS reports and making payments to Airline Agencies.

In the Import Customer Service Department; To meet the incoming customers, to be present in the whole process until the delivery order is prepared and delivered, to carry out all the necessary controls and to ensure that the order is delivered. Sending arrival notices to customers following the arrival of the ship. Making demurrage calculations, preparing daily reports, issuing invoices and sending them to cargo. Preparing the weekly demurrage report and presenting it to the senior management, Preparing and presenting the report to the management for the customers who want/do not pay the demurrage discount. Informing customers about warehouse solution transactions, arranging invoices. Preparation and filing of purchase and sales invoices. Arrangement of Check Receipt, Collection and Payment Receipts related to Warehouse Checks, Payment Checks.
