Esra TEOMANEMCC certified-Practitioner / Mentoring and Coaching. Performance, Sustainable Success and Transformation…Esra is an Executive Coach specialized in sustainable success, transformation and corporate training. She is an accredited coach of EMCC EIA Mentoring & Coaching Program. She also has a B.Sc. degree in chemistry but did not work in this field after her graduation from the Chemistry Faculty of the Middle East Technical University and İstanbul Technical University. Instead in her early career she decided to work in arts and art history fields. She has started her professional life as an executive at Sanatbank and continued with various “private art gallery organizations”, organizing many contemporary art exhibitions and art events. During her years in this field, she noticed that she was also interested in “human behaviour” and started a training period on philosophy and psychology. In mid–1990s, she showed interest in “Eastern and Western Philosophy”, meditation and personal development fields and participated in various trainings and workshops.In 2007, she started to work as a personal and corporate coach at “Bob Proctor’s The Key Success Academy”. She reached to hundreds of women with her own project called “Raising Awareness”. In the same year she founded her own company called “Adım Koçluk Danışmanlık Eğitim”. She developed coaching, transformation and change management programs and trainings to reach those who needed support in their careers and private lives. She received her second coaching certificate in 2014 by completing a course in “Adler Learning- Central Europe” given by Adler Coaching. Esra continued with her career by developing a program called “Sustainable Success” in 2015, which is based on the Napoleon Hill Foundation Program, USA. In addition to coaching, she has also provided corporate training for the middle and senior executives in various companies & institutions. She has successfully executed training programs mainly in the fields of ; “The Meaning and Purpose”, “The Motivation and Management Skills in Business Life” which have brought a different approach to business success in creating a coaching and mentoring culture. This program supports people who want to enhance their lives, finding the best solutions in a sustainable way. She is the author of a “self coaching” book called Adım Adım Sen; Yaşamının Lideri Ol. Finally, in addition to her coaching career she is very interested in neuroscience and positive psychology and humanistic psychology fields.
