Time and Attendance) and managing accurately and timely,• Taking an active role in the preparations of HR reports, announcements, posters and presentations,• Supporting to HR processes by documentary with a guide (getting ready and sharing the guides with employees), • Informing and assisting to employees about HR processes,• Ensuring an engaging workplace environment (collaborating with the leadership team on employee engagement initiatives),• Assisting employee event organizations to strengthen corporate culture,• Supporting adapting and carrying out of HR Trends to the company by following them,• Using Workable System.
